Otherwise, it's reliable and stable save the occasional fight against invisible enemies. I'm planning to replace Ars Metallica with Smeltdown Update because smith leveling is entirely too easy. This is the LO I'm working on, and it occurred in an early level dungeon during a radiant quest while fighting a dog and a bandit. The prior LO used completely different dungeon textures (and landscape and architecture textures), but the same armor. I gave up on the prior LO the first time it happened so I have no idea what the root cause was. This has happened to me in two different LOs, and has happened with a Restless Draugr, a dog, and some kind of upgraded bandit (like a bowman maybe). It's never happened outside of a dungeon. Seemingly out of nowhere, they will reappear again, and may disappear yet again. Their health bar is still visible, the red dot remains visible on the compass, and they can both attack and be hurt. Inside dungeons, during combat, sometimes an enemy will disappear completely. I fixed it in the below load order by reducing the male body to Chris57 and Sundracon Male Body, swapping to SMIM Essentials, and deleting High Poly Project. Like /u/Chaos_Blue said below, it’s caused by too much visual upgrading hitting too much combat scripting.
